Taking into account the rapid pace of technological changes, the development of techniques for automatic data processing (algorithms) and their impact on human rights, at the request of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, within the framework of the JUFREX project, the publication was translated into Macedonian. of the Council of Europe „ “Algorithms and Human Rights”.
The publication does not aim to comprehensively address all aspects related to the impact of algorithms on human rights, but aims to present some of the most important current issues from the point of view of human rights for the Council of Europe, as well as to consider possible regulatory alternatives for which Member States may consider to minimize negative effects or to support good practices.
