The members of the Network for Combating Hate Speech in the Media and on the Internet discussed these questions today with Professor Elena Mihajlova Stratilati from the Faculty of Law at the “Ss Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje.
The Council of Media Ethics of Macedonia organized the workshop on “Recognizing and Responding to Hate Speech” with the support of the OSCE Mission in Skopje, as part of the global action of “Media Literacy Days”.
