The International Symposium on Critical Thinking and Media Literacy will be held on February 3 and 4, 2022, within the framework of the “YouThink” media literacy project (USAID), and organized by IKS and IREX. The event will be held virtually, on the Zoom platform.
The symposium will discuss topics related to media literacy education at universities in Macedonia, compared to other countries from the Western Balkans, the EU and the USA, and the latest international trends in teaching related to media literacy will be discussed.
Within the framework of the symposium, IKS invites all interested authors to submit scientific abstracts with a focus on topics related to media and information literacy, media education, critical thinking, digital media and new trends in related areas. The selected authors will be invited to produce a full paper that will be published in an international scientific journal that ICS will publish annually.
