The School of Journalism and Public Relations conducted a research into “Media Literacy in Macedonia: An Attempt at Implementing it in Primary Education,” with the support from the Bureau for Development of Education, with the aim of establishing how this concept is treated in the curricula and study programmes, which forms of acquiring knowledge on media literacy are used (didactic materials, equipment, spatial conditions, etc.) and what the teaching staff’s education is concerning media literacy.
