Given the rapid pace of technological change, the development of techniques for automatic data processing (algorithms) and their impact on the human rights, the publication of the Council of Europe, “Algorithms and Human Rights”, was translated into Macedonian on the request of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, as part of the JUFREX project.
The publication does not seek to address all the aspects related to the impact of algorithms on the human rights but aims to present some of the current issues from the human rights perspective of utmost importance for the Council of Europe, as well as to consider the possible regulatory alternatives which the Member States may consider in order to bring the negative effects to a minimum or to support the good practices.
